When you accept a partnership opportunity, you enter into a direct agreement with the brand. Kr8tive Partner facilitates the connection but is not a party to the campaign agreement.
We facilitate payment processing through third-party payment providers. All payment terms are determined by the brand and agreed upon in the campaign agreement.
All content created for campaigns must comply with platform guidelines, brand requirements, and applicable advertising laws.
You retain ownership of content you create. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use your content for the purpose of operating and promoting our platform.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kr8tive Partner and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Kr8tive Partner may charge service fees for successful partnerships. Fee structures will be clearly disclosed before any transaction.
All payments between creators and brands are subject to the terms agreed upon in individual campaign agreements.
Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared during partnership negotiations and campaigns, including but not limited to campaign details, compensation terms, and brand strategies.

Disputes between creators and brands should be resolved directly between the parties. We may provide mediation services but are not responsible for resolving user disputes.
Any disputes relating to these Terms or our Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kr8tive Partner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
